The River Region United Way (RRUW) is a volunteer-led, volunteer-driven organization representing our entire five-county region. From the board of directors to fundraising volunteers and the thousands of others who lend a hand each year, volunteer leaders ensure River Region United Way continues to make an impact on the issues that matter most.

RRUW is composed of many different divisions of volunteers to insure transparent leadership.  All policies and procedures are set and approved by our Board of Directors with guidance from our various committees.

The Community Impact Council assesses community needs and identifies gaps in services within our three key impact areas - Education, Income and Health.  

The Allocations Committee members annually visit each RRUW affiliate agency to determine compliance and funding levels for campaign dollars.  B&A ensures each affiliate agency fully complies with the requirements set by United Way Worldwide and by RRUW.

Other committees can be formed as directed by the Board of Directors and convened as needed which would include all Campaign related committees including the Campaign Cabinet and Loaned Executives
